1. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Upon termination or request, Recipient shall promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information and certify destruction in writing.
6. REMEDIES
Recipient acknowledges that breach may cause irreparable harm. Company is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
