1. Service Description

MyClaw Tools (myclaw-tools.vercel.app) provides 250 AI-powered tools designed for freelancers, creators, and small businesses. The tools generate text-based content using Google Gemini 2.5 Flash. The service is operated by Ahmed Khan from Srinagar, J&K, India.

2. Account Terms

• You may use certain tools without creating an account. To access unlimited generations and premium features, you must sign in with a Google account and subscribe to a paid plan.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use MyClaw Tools. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Free users receive a limited number of generations per day. Paid plans unlock unlimited generations and premium features:

• Monthly plan: Rs.199 per month
• Yearly plan: Rs.999 per year

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with MyClaw Tools for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

After 7 days, refunds are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

To request a refund, email ahmadyarkhan.2@gmail.com with your registered email and reason for the request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyClaw Tools to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Produce spam, phishing content, malware instructions, or any content intended to deceive or defraud others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the API or underlying AI model.
• Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or paywall protections.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, without notice or refund.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by MyClaw Tools is produced by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases.

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before using it.
• Generated content should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
• We do not guarantee that generated content is free from plagiarism. You are responsible for checking originality where required.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using MyClaw Tools belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, publish, and commercialize your generated output.

The MyClaw Tools website, branding, design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Ahmed Khan and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyClaw Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmed Khan and MyClaw Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, J&K, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of MyClaw Tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
